The Ash Christian Film Foundation (TACFF) was established to honor the legacy and career of an Emmy award-winning actor, director, and producer filmmaker who dedicated his all-too brief life to directing and producing independent films and giving voice to the underserved.

Among the storylines and themes that were prevalent in Ash’s films (whether he was the writer, director, producer, or actor) were the challenges of fitting in, being yourself, or standing out.
TACFF is committed to supporting these same themes in storytelling as well continuing Ash’s work in supporting the work of filmmakers whose work is often outside of the mainstream yet is worthy of support.
TACFF supports equity and inclusion in filmmaking, with a special emphasis on cultivating and empowering LGBTQ, BIPOC and the next generation of young and emerging filmmakers.
